After seeing more screenshots of Felnin's conversations with Obey members and staff giving him a free pass to compete in semifinals and finals, I've lifted the ban on Heybans account. Apologies about this situation.
However, Heybans won't be able to receive CL prizes because while he was allowed to play by top staff members, that still contradicts with event rules.
