same here. i think i found out why the quality sucked ass in my vids. the tutorial how to upload a video to youtube with iMovie HD 06 showed that its better to upload the video with classic quality as its shown the the preview right on imovie hd 06. but its not. its way worse. it would take much longer but i could upload it in HD if you like.
