I'm getting a curl error on updates. It's downloaded player's colours etc, but no head textures. I know there was a post about this a while back, but I can't find it.

I'm using v 3.24 on Linux and other than the dowload probs it's running great.

Oh and here's my log file:

I've reinstalled and that didn't work, and I've removed the custom folder but it still only downloads items and not textures.

Any help would be great.

I'm using the deb repository version, so it sorts where it installs itself.

Right, I've got this sorted now and for future reference I'll jot down what I did.

If you use the Linux version from the repo it makes a hidden toribash folder in your home directory, and that's where all the custom etc lives. The data folder hower isn't, and instead there's a link. The problem is the data folder has permissions set so only root can write files - so it craps out when updating the torishop file in there.

I sorted it by deleting the link and copying the data file from the Linux download version.

Damn I'm good! lol
