Dead clan revival rework
As you all know, there are numerous clans which have perished over the span of TB. I propose an idea where if at least the leaders of a clan are not active for a period amount of time it goes to the next highest in the clan.
So on and so forth.


So many clans have been forgotten due to some people leaving them to die

This should go on suggestions and yes, that idea sounds pretty fair, a clan should die only if every member are right with that

If you're in a clan with inactive leaders then I'm sure staff will help you gain control. I don't believe you should be able to revive a dead clan that you're not a member of if there are no active leaders around to give you the go ahead.
