It says it is activatable, but I haven't had the chance to attempt to equip this specific item, as my Internet Service Provider is suckeh.

For right now, I am going to assume it is equipable until verification has been supplied by a Staff Member, or someone who has owned this specific item before.

EDIT: I have been told by Fish it is equipable.
This thread is now closed until I am able to equip, and check to see of this item displays the Hector texture.
