This is hopefully a new record for the misc. category. Acceleration, in this scenario, would mean having the largest boost in speed in one frame (Ex. 9.00 to 11.00 in one frame.)

I used one of my old replays from 2011 for this. I jumped from a speed of 38.58 to 51.31 in one frame (Frames 404 - 403), meaning I jumped 12.73 units in one frame.

Seems legit? Maybe a different title of record if it is a valid record?
