The hair of the dude looks stange also the thingie on his forehead seems off.

ya i got lazy on dog (saved it as wrong file so i lost the layers) and i just need to touch up on hardy's hair and forehead wrinkles.
dont know what to do on other half tho

The dog is really cool, you should definitely keep working on it. Though you may wish to connect his ear to his head, it gives it that 'complete dog' effect.
