RAM or HDD? That is the question.
My choice is to either buy 4gbs of RAM or a 1tb HDD. Or I could buy 2gbs RAM and 500gb HDD.

I need RAM because my pc often restarts itself because I like multitasking with many programs such as Windows Media Player and Call of Duty BO. I currently have 2gbs of DDR3 RAM.

I need Space because I only have 80gbs left and I go to annual lans which fill it up quite often.

What do you think I need more in this situation?

Atm I do need more RAM. If my pc restarts itself then I defenitely need more RAM.

So yeah, I guess I will go with the 2/500 option. Thanks guys

If Your PC restarts itself it means that something if fucked up with your system. Scan it for viruses, clean it from them if any. Defrag it. Clean it inside the shell (compressed air in can could do the work), check all wires connections (reconnect them). Then make report.

Also, 2/500 option.

Scanned for viruses, defragged it. I will open my pc today.

No way my pc is overheating. I have 6 fans in my pc! My pc is nice a chilled.(all coming from different directions)

I will make a report when i'm done.

Okay, so I was installing a game and then I decided to open windows explorer and check something. As soon as I opened the windows explorer my pc restarted. Went and tryed installing the game and again opening windows explorer just to check, same happened again.

What do you suggest is causing it now? It seems to only restart when I do that...

My PSU isn't even a month old. The restarting even happened with my old 450W. I don't think it's my PSU....

Don't think a reformat would fix all of this? It would eliminate all viruses that I might have missed.
