..or, high bets duels scams!!!

Ok, Here is the story.

One guy, from our clan like high bets duels. Not in duel mode (/duel), but its like when you know your opponent, he is in good clan, and you are dealing with him. Betting some items or an amount of tc's. And when its done, the looser send the bet. Such called "not supported duels".
So what happened these weekends.
He had duel with Bird (Pio) from Imbalanced clan in aikibd mod. The bet was full 512 texture set. Bird had lost 5-1 to s7ing.
Then his friend and clanmate Holly (HeoH) suggest for revenge, and the bet was the same full 512. While Holly was loosing, Bird was talking about scam, but no one took him serious.
Ok i'll put a screenes in spoilers, but its in russian, so i'll translate.

S7ing: 4-2
Bird: Fucking shame
Bird: i guess i'll scam
Bird: never tried this before.
Bird: I got nothing for scam right?
S7ing: Yes you will

S7ing: Hey, are you nuts? First of all, 280k its less than 
full 512 costs, and secondly we had a deal full 512 
(yuo have it in deactivated and dont want to sent).

Holly: 280k for full its ok, if you dont want to, 
so you'll get nothing. You cant ask for support anyway.

Ok, so after that Santa-Barbara began.

S7ing posted thread with screnees on Imbalanced board, but they ignored this scam and insulted him. Bird posted thread on Damned board, but we were asking just to give all that they had lost to s7ing. But they refused.
Then Bird something like quited tori saying "i dont want to shame Imbalanced clan"
Then discussion on this situation gone to the rus tb forum (toribash.ru).
Where we spent a whole day and some items were sent.(1 not full 512, and it should be 2 full 512 sets). Leys, as a leader of Imba was trying to ... i dont know what he was trying to do. ^ ^ Reningan said that Heon and Bird did all right. And was trying to protect them insulting damned members and me.
Bird something like appologized, but sent nothing.
Rigellion tryed to stop that, insulting me and was in rage about the discussion. He couldnt understand that all could be solved peacefully if they would sent.
Biaker, Псих and others sayd that it is shame and that Holly and Bird morans.
That was very exiting day. ^ ^

The moral of this story. You Do not duel with guys, if you are not 100% shure they are decent.

And..
I dont suggest to duel with Holly and Bird, their reputation is down, cause they are scammers now.
I do not trust Reningan, cause he approved their scam. And he show clearly, that he got no respect to other players.
I do not trust Imbalanced clan, cause they cant solve a simple problem, and they got no respect to other clans.

I hope that was interesting reading of the Santa-Barbara TB series. ^ ^

What are you thinking about such situations, when good guy (like s7ing) was scamed, trolled and insulted for nothing? How would you solve that if you were a clanleader from each side? Will you throw out this scam to public after all attempts to solve it peacefully?

Item duels aren't supported, so I would laugh at whoever gets "scammed."

I would solve this issue by forgetting about it, and realizing that some clans are really lame (but for some reason have good reputations). I would definitely not put this in public, because hardly any one will side with the person who was "scammed."

What about respect in such community like TB?

Staff member wont help. Such duels not supported, but its a rathe important part of this game.

Discussed it with GM's. They didnt confirm that. I know, that somehow Bird was banned, but i believe it was fake ban by his clanmate GM, cause he wanted to quit. Holly is still active.

Holly transfered all his stuff and tc's to Reningan probably was afraided of ban. Reningan sent parts of 512 set and some 128 texts to S7ing http://forum.toribash.com/tori_trans...userid=1821028 and told "deal is over", but it isnt.
They still didn't deliver on the deal. So i guess its not handled.

Still we Can do nothing with these "elite" scammers.

Wanted justice? You got it, these stupid douches with a butthurt are now banned. One month is enough for a scam. And notice, that it was Tarlan who banned them even though they're his clanmates. This shows his competence as a GM. No other staff members except Brey or Korvin will handle such problem because only Russians deal with such scams (usually).

Wanted to make another thread of insult-everybody-and-increase-your-internet-peen-size after the one that was closed on toribash.ru? Great, feel free to do that.

And yesh, I was amazingly amused by reading that Imbalanced members started insulting you or whoever on our board. I've seen only your friends invading our board with insults. You should thank us that we didn't report any of them (oh wait, I reported Reykimoruy but it doesn't matter). So yeah.

я не доводил ситуацию до скама, перебаттхёртил, осознал, что тори это хуйня по большому счёту, на которую не стоит тратить нервы и что ТС и итемы - дело наживное. Вообщем отправил в тот же день, где то через 20 минут после дуэли.

Ontop: Лично я не поддерживаю, всё что здесь происходит, вроде всё порешали на т.ру, долги будем ждать. С Бёрдом я уже помирился, всё ок. Пых, ты ведь хотел что бы о Бёрде и Неоне узнали как о скамерах, ну уже вроде все в курсе, думаю цель достигнута. нужно прикрыть темку, а то тут грядёт срач не хуже чем на т.ру, к которому подключатся ещё и буржуи.
