This has never happened to me before. Is is indeed a .tga file with RLE compression disabled.

gimp and photoshop, tried both.

It should be named hidingwarior.tga right?

Wait.....i have similar problem but with all other textures. Mine are mostly black and white, and i can't upload them. I tried tga 48kb format, tried JPG - nothing. Its been 10+ hours too.

.tga, 128x128, RLE compression unchecked, origin at bottom left, RGB


EDIT: Just noticed, instead of the usual 64 kb, this one is 56.9 kb. Does it matter? If so, how can I fix this problem?
