Okay so heres a story, my av software expired and my computer got infected with some viruses, my grandfather decided to take my computer without my knowing about it to some tech shop to get it fixed, they wiped it all away, all my pictures, apps, everything is gone. I use windows 10 is there anyway to get it back with my Microsoft acc or something?

No one told me they were gonna do it, he did it when I was at school :/

and I'm pretty sure the tech guy didn't back it up :c

I wasn't aware that he was going to get it wiped.
he never even told me he was taking it to get fixed, I was just to about to install some av software when I got home from school >.>
