Turn on autosave damnit! Then all you have to do is look in your autosave folder now and then.

Lol! I actually thing they have things worded badly in their description. It's more like they recruit flashy players rather than great ones, so if you look good playing then your in.

It'll die after a few weeks.

It's in options -> setup -> autosave replays

You might get a tiny lag after fights, but it's better than missing a potentially epic replay.
