For the tourneys? Aikido/ABD I reckon'. Or maybe judofrac? I don't know what the cool kids play nowadays, we should do whatever the cool kids play.

And yeah, we definitely should get a couple of 20k (is that high enough?) tourneys under our belt. I can get together 20k reasonably quickly (40 wins) with the booster I'm using.

I was just about to dq him, and he just full on rage quit!

I also found evidence that he is indeed mentally challenged, not discriminating but we should really have more quality mature alliances.

Evidence.

Hmm.
Was going to retaliate here, but I wouldn't want to ruin your lovely thread, Ele.
I'll just say;
I have seen you rage quit multiple times Swaves, so please calm yourself.

Thanks for calling me mentally challenged.

Maybe, I don't know.
He asked me to study my video about 2 or 3 times, so I don't think so.
I don't really care what he thinks anyway.

So above I can see all this talk about Events/Tourneys?
excited/10. :>

Swaves, no need to get all heated about this and call people names. Donkey's a good person, and so are you. It's just a game.

Whenever something happens, you choose how you react. You can choose to either get really riled up by it and insult people (which isn't OK with us - don't do it again), or you can choose to save yourself the energy and not get bothered by it.

And yeah, Donks, I'm going to relearn how the whole hosting thing works and I'll chuck on a 20k tourney and see how that goes. If it's all good and runs smoothly I'll start doing them more often. Also, anyone in the clan is free to host one using the bank TC if they'd like to - time to up our ingame rep.

You've never rage quitted before? Everybody has bad moments. You had a bad moment just then yourself, when you called him a retard (that isn't mature, acceptable conduct). We just need to recognise that we can avoid these bad moments by thinking it through and calming down. (le) has been very good to us. No, I'm not going to cancel our alliance.

It's really interesting, and helpful, to read about Stoicism. It's all about knowing that you can control your destructive emotions - that you have authority over how you feel. It's really interesting stuff, and learning about it has helped me grow as person.
I reckon aim for popular, high value items. You should be able flip them for a decent amount of TC fairly quickly then, right?

edit: Or just listen to Insane - I'm purely speculating/thinking straight outta my ass.
Cool Swaves, I just sent you a list of ideas I had about it.

Does anybody else watch the Joe Rogan Experience podcast? He did one with Brian Cox recently that was really entertaining and educational - that dude's smile is contagious.
Comedian + Fear Factor host + UFC commentator Joe Rogan talks to interesting people for 3 hours. He's done over 600 podcasts - you can find them all on YouTube. He's had heaps of really mind-expanding guests (Jason Silva, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Dan Carlin.. so many more).

Here's the one with him and Brian Cox.

JRE - 610

Also, here's a link to him with Dan Carlin (one of my favourite people) - clicky.

Yeah, good rule Insane. Helps keep things slicker and cleaner, especially for everybody that browses on their phones. Does anyone else listen to podcasts? Always looking for new ones to listen to.
Haven't listened to Hello Internet before, I'll check them out.

Also bro, have I got a treat for you. 'Dan Carlin's Hardcore History' is thought by many to be the best podcast ever, and it's all about history. There's a dozen episodes or so available for free, but you can torrent all his other episodes. He's done shows on republican Rome, The Punic Wars, Assyrians, The Persian Wars, the Mongols, WW1, the Eastern Front of WWII and heaps, heaps more. Sooooo many hours of expertly crafted content. You'll love it.

If you want a primer on him, then see the Joe Rogan podcast with him on it that I linked to earlier.
