I don't believe you actually did the JStep because you didn't turn, and I believe that you're ment to step in a J kind of shape.

did a very short selfspar for shits n giggles, took 15 mins, tried out realistic grabbing shiz

nice edit redfox, that seems like a better approach to it than what I did

was browsing through my old toribash versions and I found an old replay, so I guess ill use it as a filler. Ill take cnc but it won't really help seeing that it's old and i've already fixed a bunch of my movement issues.

it could had been better if you didnt raise your shoulders right before
you performed the 3rd kick. it kinda pushed you back towsrds the ground

i tried it too in my taekwondo replay maybe you wanna see it.
not that mine is perfect , but youll see the effect by not raising the shoulder in the end
