pretty much, I aced it because I can cook Chinese food.
The teacher put me on her Wechat (chinese social media) as her favorite student in class and talked about how cool I was. but in reality my pronunciation is ok at best and my characters are some of the worst in the class (most of my other class mates are japanese, or korean so they have a bit of an advantage) at least I smoke all the Russians though.
all I ever did good was learn how to make Chinese dumplings and name drop Deng Xiaoping when she was teaching us the word for reformation.
