Yeah, it's pretty difficult to see anything if you're using the default shader .
I had to get close to the highest speed record to get this throw.
That's also what I'm working on right now. Currently; my highest speed attained is 70,34 m/s while the record is 75,61 m/s.

With long distance skeets people tend to have the hand on a foot to kick it because the leg is more powerful and you can use the other leg as added momentum if you kick of the floor, also you can spin a bit to help build up momentum ad well.

First of all, your opener looks like it's random, it doesn't do anything. Most openers set up something (kick, punch, lift) but yours seems weird even though you got some dms.
Overall, you're too stiff and your ending needs some work too. Relax more and try to land and stay on your feet next time.
