I don't care about making money. I want to do something nice with them. I'm getting them for free, so why not give them out for free. Newer players would be more than grateful to get them.

Maybe run a beginners in game or tourney event [with the amount of items you could probably do 1 for every category(replay, art, ingame)]? Its always good to promote forums whilst engaging new players.

Thats true. Maybe after I get a few more items of each color I can start putting them in full sets and then do a tourney or something ingame, and then maybe do a forum event for each category like you were saying, for beginners only. Under a certain join date etc.
