You have to have paid for ToriPrime and ToriVIP. It's $10 for Prime for one year and $7 for VIP for 6 months. You have to have Prime first and then get VIP however.

Yeah, I love my VIP and Prime though. It's pretty awesome because I'm never ingame. xD

It just adds more fun to the forums, that's all.
