This is far and away your best replay, it's not even close really. Genuinely great replay I loved it, very fast, visceral, and stylish, all things that I like in a ukebash. Not far from the stock folder, IMO

With that said I did promise you I'd wreck your next replay...

The opener is very good, your leg control is great, you seem to intuitively understand how to move them to create the motions you have in your head, but your arm movement could use a TON of work. About 20 frames in you can see the sudden change of both shoulders, I assume you got a bit stuck in the air and it was a quick fix, it makes the opener look very 10tf and was something I immediately noticed on first watch. The right elbow contraction at about 550 doesn't make a ton of sense, it looks like you had one idea to pull yourself towards the floor with both legs but the way your legs were positioned didn't allow for that, with what you actually chose to do it sticks out to me as quite jarring, especially with it being held immediately after. If you wanted to contract the elbow it should've been done when the shoulder was lowered

The pivot on the toes on the floor was the incorrect option, at least how it was executed here. It left you stranded in the air and you were forced to do the ukebash equivalent of a sailor moon to recover. Flow switches can be fine but here it's really quite jarring to see, because you weren't in position at all to extend the arm and had to wait for the rest of the body to catch up. Stare at your right arm throughout this entire sequence and you'll see what I mean, just general indecisiveness here. Your form is also pretty much entirely cooked throughout this section, but you do a good job recovering it after

No complaints about the lift, genuinely well executed throughout, little twitchy with the toe launch on the ground being incomplete but it's hardly noticeable so it doesn't matter. Form dies at around 400 again, and with some refinement continuing from that lift would have been so much more streamlined. With the way your lumbar is and with your knee being contracted so late you're pretty much fighting the tori to do what you want to do, especially if you look at your glutes and spine at 380, like damn gurl. You fix it afterwards and I'm sure you can see yourself how much easier it was to move once it was fixed

Grab into first hit is phenomenal you should be very proud of that hit. The opposite elbow was technically doable, so I get the impression you did this boom in your first couple tries but regardless it's very destructive and unique, love it! You threw his hand into your chest which helped highlight how cooked your lumbar was once again so thank you for that, your arm control in general was fairly poor here I think you should've held onto the hand and extended both pecs, contracted the right elbow then just flung the hand to jupiter, or contracted the elbow and flung it behind you. I assume you tried to do the latter and it didn't really work though. I think even prior to the hit your left pec should've been mostly extended, because it was obvious you'd need to contract it again to continue the way that you did, and having it entirely contracted for the sequence simply removes a lot of juice from the setup

How you continue from the arm boom I think is the best option, your form is just a bit suboptimal but that's nitpicky and ultimately doesn't matter, I find the grab to be strange though. I assume you thought it would help, but I believe it actually made it even harder to move, because you pretty much propelled yourself directly into the floor and you were forced to let go. I don't really care for the decap I think it's a bit cheap, IMO an outright punch here instead would've been far more satisfying. Launch into the next grab is prime lenshu I'm not really a fan of it personally but I can't comment on any mechanical gripes there

The way you contract the wrist on the grab looks very uncanny, but the grab switch itself is fine. Your pec/arm is quite out of sync with your leg, and your lumbar is bending the wrong way, making it an extremely awkward hit to go for and also limiting your range and ghosting potential, but surprisingly it works so I can't argue with the results here it's a nice hit. Love the chest joint being flung

The very last kick I quite like, it's my favourite hit in the replay. Your chest is entirely out of sync though if you look closer, it manages to catch up by the time the hit happens but your tori is pretty much not looking even vaguely at what it's doing and I think spotting is something worth thinking about when it comes to aesthetics. The simple fix for that is to reverse the pecs actually, if you try it in an edit you'll see how fast the chest will turn. The fact you lost your foot and didn't get the glute is pure laziness though, I managed to do it in a single edit I only changed a couple joints and it looks VERY explosive, however I must admit the angle on this hit is very unconventional and that's why I love it

Bit of a stiff pose, but cute!

As for presenting actionable advice and things to think about in future: your style is strong, one of your strongest points perhaps, your hits are visceral and do not lack any impact, but your arm control is your biggest problem, your joint synchronization is not ideal and you're putting yourself into situations that have very forced outcomes frequently, which you'll need to focus on culling if you want to improve flow and consistency. Make no mistake, despite the cnc I think the replay is great. You're close to a stock replay bro lets do it
