he is banned cause his arm texture was a swastika. Personally I really do not see the offensiveness of it but it is considered offensive and he was going to change it anyway as said a couple of pages before.

Although i do not know all the details of the situation. If he was told to get rid of it first and he did not comply, then I believe that the ban is justified. But if there was no warning, it is an unjustified ban and he might get an appeal.
