Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei, I'm not 100% sure if it counts as a super power anime but its supernatural for sure.

Yeah metal bat-kun is who your talking about. I thought one of the bosses he faught in the manga mentioned his ability when fighting him, sense he hit harder the more blood he lost. Ill take a screenshot of the manga that really shows it well and post it here for a huge reference point
