I went into the clan page again and sorted the ranks out a little bit. As of now, nobody is in rank 7, which is great news. Also, SonnyMSF and BloodMach have been lifted of their probationary statuses and are full-fledged members! (sorry to Sonny for the delayed promotion, I honestly thought I already promoted you)

Everyone is free to initiate alliances with other clans. To formalize the alliance, you have to either get their leader to message me sanctifying the alliance, link me to a forum thread which has their leader agreeing to the alliance, or have them create a thread or post somewhere in our forums about it and make sure I see it.
