I bet you guys are the kind of people that complain about 30 fps and call it lag

If I had 30 fps in league I would be amazed and incredibly greatful

I get about 12 fps when nothing is going on
it'll freeze up in big teamfights, and go as low at about 3 or 4

I average about 64 FPS and 25 ping. That's laggy enough for me.
