Pretty much anyone can keep their rank sub 100 as long as they're not just completely awful. And I think you're mixing up lifting with shoveling. Shoveling is when you hold all and lower both your arms first turn and dump truck them out of the ring the next. Lifting is, well, lifting them out of the ring by any other means.

I maintained sub 100 by playing on qa servers and lifting/plexing and all that.
And I suck.

Lenshu3ng is a really easy way to gain rank since everyone who actively plays it is garbage.
