I just came back from the depths of hell, so I'll give it a go

Instead of questioning the depths of hell thing, I'm just going to smile and nod assuming it's a normal thing.

Since I left my parents' house, I call it hell, and that's where I've been for awhile, so there's that.
I'll try to make your head by Monday because I expect to be extremely busy and I have another request from a few weeks back that I've completely ignored that I have to do as well. I'll keep you updated, though, and let you know if it'll take longer than that.

Just a quick update; junior003 and NinjaSmurf are on the verge of being kicked out of the clan for inactivity. They're both about 2 months inactive. This is just a reminder/warning that if you go inactive without telling us what's up, you will get kicked after 3 months. That's plenty of time to let us know what's up.

Of course, though, if something drastic happens that keeps you from the game and you tell me about it (no details needed), you can re-apply to [elite] for acceptance. However, your new application will be judged without bias, so if it's a bad application, you'll be denied.

Everyone in the higher ranks are there because of extreme loyalty in the past. They've been in the clan for (literally) years, so they're there as a thank you for all the work they've put in back in the day.

As for the other members, there are some that are legitimately inactive (mainly junior003 and NinjaSmurf), but we also have a few members that aren't active in the forums but are active in-game. Every week I check activity to make sure people aren't vanishing on me. If they are I try to contact them via e-mail, xbox, skype, twitter, facebook, etc. (whatever they provide) and see what's up.

What's SUPPOSED to happen is they post a reason for future inactivity in the Inactivity Thread and then I take that into account for possible protection from expulsion.

Loyal, previously-active members get about 2 months before they're at risk for getting kicked, and newbies get about 2 weeks. People that aren't the most active or nice also get about 2 weeks, as well as those who simply don't seem like a good fit in the clan (i.e. non-English speakers who have a hard time communicating with clanmates).

LONG STORY SHORT
Higher-ups don't get kicked because I respect them. Most people get 2 weeks of consecutive inactivity until they get kicked. Some people just aren't forum-active. I let people I like get a little bit of lee-way with inactivity (like junior003 and NinjaSmurf), but they still get kicked if consistently inactive.
