Get a Nidoran then train that shit then give it a moonstone and get a Nidoqueen or Nidoking and teach it Lightning, Icebeam, Flamethrower and Earthquake.
do you have access to any grass or ground pokemon atm? if not brock will be a pain, you can always try to physical attack him til he does, since you're pretty high level, it might work ;o
Also Mew will obivously just end up in your Pokebox. As did with mine because it simply was no Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Pinser, Rhydon, Scyther, and Dragonair.
