I bet in the last possible frame because i can kinda see who has a better chance of winning. But sometimes i bet at the beginning if its like a 10th dan vs a green belt.

Well yeah but sometimes you can tell by the first few moves if they are alts or not.

but the 10th is more likely to win
because even if the green band is alt
10th does not have many out there
