Type /sm 1 to bring up the speed meter. You can check the speed with it.

66.57 is attained at frame 367, but then I get 71.98 in the next one.
And even if I run the replay from the start I get 71.98, so could be a bug. The recent versions seem to be buggy when it comes to playing replays.

What version do you have? I think that you can't play a replay made in a newer version, for example, this replay was made in 4.3 beta 5, so if you have anything below that it might glitch out.

there is a problem , the differents between yours and war-heros replay ist just , that you got the highest speed in the same frame where you got the hit , war-hero few frames befor it comes to the hit
so, where is the problem ?
i edit the replay on frame 368 i do the same moves as you after that , just that i move uke that your tori doesnt hit him. the finish product is 68. on frame 366 (against your 71.98 )(the dms comes one frame later) edit below this post.

It probably has to do with me slightly touching Uke before the kick lands, but I don't think that touching Uke stops it from being a record, even though it makes no sense.

This might fall under the problem of the "With Uke's assistance / Without Uke's assistance" that other records have specified. You'll probably need to wait for someone in charge of the Book to decide it
