Wii U, and PS4. Ps4 is because of Battlefield 4. The trailer looks BEAST.

If I'd buy anything, it'd be the PS4. However, you forgot the most logical option: PC.

You can play so many games on PC. You can go on the internet. You can listen to music. You can do so many things. It's like the Xbox One, but not so obnoxious.

Screw Playstation. I see no original game concepts, that are any way enjoyable OR creative, that have come from that evil corporation of death and crap other than those that are BLATANT copies of other ideas made from other gaming companies. As a side problem their controller is awful, even the N64 controller that was made for three-armed Japanese children is better than the abomination Playstation players have to deal with.
On the other hand screw Xbox. They may have done a good job with the 360 but needing internet ALL THE TIME for the new "one" has really let me down (along side second hand games being abolished, how will the poor gamer like myself feed his addiction now?)
This console can only be good once I become rich, but until then it's another disappointment for the next gen consoles.
Finally screw WiiU (but maybe screw 'em a little lighter because they keep screwing themselves over anyway). In my opinion Nintendo are the least evil and most creative out of the bunch but they're not doing themselves any good releasing the same crap over and over instead of things we actually want. New super Mario bros 1, New super Mario bros 2, New super Luigi bros, New mario super bros xbdoisnbujdsbaonfdjub 10. NOBODY WANTS THIS SHIT! GO GET RAREWARE BACK AND MAYBE REDEEM SOME ORIGINALITY FROM THE OLD DAYS. Only good thing I've seen so far is the new Smash bros, looking forward to that and it very well might be the only reason I buy a WiiU.
So that's my late input on things haha sorry just had to do it.

Playing a little bit of devil's advocate on this one because I wholeheartedly agree with you, but...

1) The Playstation controller, though not as nit-picky as the Xbox controller for comfortability, is not a bad controller. Same button versatility, same general layout, and similar general controls (i.e. R2 shoots in FPS like right trigger for Xbox) make it easily comparable to the Xbox controller. I do agree that Xbox puts more time and energy into making the controllers as comfortable for the masses as possible, but I would bet my life that the majority of people would prefer the PS controllers to that ridiculous (yet fun) N64 controller.

2) I'm pretty sure Xbox retracted the 2nd hand game abolition system they put in place because of a public outcry of its stupidity. I may be wrong, but that's what I heard at least. So yeah, +1 for Xbox.

3) I agree that Nintendo does recycle old games WAY too much, but they do also come out with new gems semi-frequently. I also don't think that Smash Bros. is an example of this. As with most fighting games, most of the game is recycled, gets a graphics overhaul, and they add new/different characters into the mix. Rinse and repeat and you'll get the next five games of the series assuming it makes it that far.

However, you get games like Pikmin, Luigi's Mansion, the entire Wii concept (though poorly utilized), etc. that showcase Nintendo's potential creativity. The unfortunate thing is that their audience mainly consists of children that both lack the capability to appreciate this creativity to its fullest and are easily entertained with cheap knock-offs of games that existed before their time. If I was in their shoes, I would do the same thing, because why not? Free money is a great thing.

Im keeping my 360 and waiting to see what the people i play with get and then wait until next gens get cheaper.

Microsoft did retract that by the way and they also said the kinect doesnt have to be plugged in all the time
