Looks like plastic. Oh, on top it looks like choco ice cream huh. Make more strands. Add wrinkles and abrasions.

is looking cool just needs more work on the hair and remember the right side of face is not black but shadowed, i sugest that you may try to turn in to shaded not black skined colour ;)

Thanks for the comments and tips.

Removing the shading division and focusing more on the illumination of the scars.
Adding more scars/symbols to the other side/forehead/eyeline to create the sense of it taking over.
Not sure about the hair yet. I'll see what happens once the rest seems done.
