The roleta sweep is my plan b off a scissor sweep if i can get my opponent in guard.
Basically i want to land my posting hand right underneath my opponent so they fall into my guard and then i raise my posted shoulder to lift them off the ground.
Then using the other shoulder and my hips i turn them over and crash them into the ground or let them tumble out of the ring.

Your replays are amazing. I love your style of executing these moves as well.
Can't wait for the next judo update. I'd like to see your hipthrows.
If you want we could play some aikido/greykido/something-kido and try some hipthrows.
In bjj the guard is any position of fighting off your back. Well in toribash that would result in a DQ so instead i substitute one posting hand and then wrap my remaining limbs around my opponent for control and to prevent myself from being thrown.
Full guard and half guard can be used to ride my opponents base by locking up their limbs so they cant move well, and from there i can wait for a chance to sweep my opponent or transition to a better hold.

i would like to play against you in tplmod and see how you implement your bjj with a pad for ground game funs.
also do you ever get flack for leg grabs if so what do you do?

Technical throws are very nice to look at but there's too many variations to go into detail. Many judo techniques like hip throws can be used with the single leg attack.
The lateral drop is a wrestling throw but does not require a single leg grab but i will upload my other lat drop replays soon.

monkeyishi: if you can find me in the aikido rooms ill be willing to try it.
and as far as flack for leg grabs, my response is that wrestling is the best takedown art in the world the #1 wrestling technique is to go for the legs. just because they cant counter doesn't mean im cheating.

For the first muay thai technique i am showing a defensive block to counter kicks.
For me this always works when my opponents kick is reflecting my own (i kick with my right leg, he kicks with his right leg).
But instead of kicking i contract my knee and try to smash it against my opponents extending knee.
This will deflect his kick minimizing the damage and setting him off balance.
Then i follow up with a single leg takedown or an easy lift.
Or if im lucky i can get a nice break like in the first replay.

The lateral drop is a chest to chest wrestling throw.
Its good for when my opponent is on top pressuring me into the ground.
The key is to stay low, legs bent.
My pulling arm is lowered and my pushing arm is extended.
As the opponent moves on top I spin him to the other side with my back arched.
The rotation force should first come from your pecs and then chest.

The Sit n' Pick Sweep is the name I made up for an ankle pick from guard.
Simply enough I pull guard or sit on my opponent and then pick their leg.
With only one standing leg and my weight on top they crumble and fall into dq.
The key is you need to be sitting on top of your opponent not underneath.
This is a very easy but effective technique.
**Not a real world sweep.

Another GREAT single leg attack. Its very important in this move that i stay low.
After picking the leg i wheel throw my opponent by dropping his upper body and raising his leg while driving foward.
Simple and powerful.
**Not a real world technique.
The Fireman's Carry IS a real technique similar to the overturn single where i raise the leg and lower the arm.
Only this time i carry my opponent over my shoulder.
