Bro-tip: It never does for anyone, so don't be discouraged by that. :U
That said though, practicing life drawings like you're doing now is a great idea, since you'll be able to make a much better approximation of your imagination when you're more confident in your knowledge of how reality looks.

So it may seem that I have abandoned this thread but I haven't! I just took a little break. I haven't really done any of the ideas suggested in this thread as some are quite "interesting". But i do have an update. I started drawing this picture. It is suppose to be Nicolas Cage.
