[R] Texture Set Up to 300,000TC PAYOUT | Looking for the Ingenious artists out there!

I am going to request. Below are given details which you might require.
Payment:
The texture set must be top quality, very professional looking, a true work of art.
A stunner base payment of 95,000 TC.
This does NOT mean that I am going to pay 95K to someone who makes the set. This just means that's the MINIMUM of what I WILL pay. The price will shoot up as the quality increases and becomes more realistically refined. (the set i mean).
If I like the set, the prices will be so and so, from anywhere 100k-150k.
If I LOVE THE SET, 200k-250k, and so on. To a total of 300k.
You should be getting the point.

Alright, what I want is exactly like this:
I would love the eyes to be a brighter shade of blue with visible neon. NEON IS IMPORTANT FOR THE ENTIRE BODY.
The head, I'd like it exactly like that, the body? Get imaginative, creative and innovative. Note that this will not be a pure tribal set but can have touches from all criteria.
The colors that I am looking for, well the force/ relax I will be using with these are Void Force and Pure relax. But the pure I do not want much to burst out. I want the set to scream out an accent of the cyan neon. By the the touch of pure, just enlighten that white shade on the face.
The rest, just be creative. Show me the WIPS of the head, I'll tell you if i love it. If i do, continue, if i don't, i won't make you work for no pay.
