Hmm, maybe some cracks? I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the same thing as you are when you say add flames, but wouldn't those look ironed out too once it's ingame, like the hair?
Btw, are you planning on just doing the head or did you just start with that first? Would be nice to have the same artist for the whole set, haha

Well. You probably won't be tbh. I'm a little new to texture making. However, since its a permaset and thats ALOT of tc, I'll spend awhile perfecting it.
