Well, Hamr and I have decided to put Legend out of it's misery. It's terribly inactive, I see no tags ingame, and even my own, less than about a week ago.

I wouldn't want the clan to be revived. Ever. It seems to give the clan a bad rep, and often leads to a clan that isn't at all the same as the old one.
