So recently I started noticing that after /download (ing) people that it would do 1-2 files in the bottom corner and disappear. I tested it on a few people and noticed that it wasn't downloading any customs for them at all, including my own account.

My tc count was also unchanging which was odd at first too, started happening around the release of the last patch.


I tried logging out to see it it would reset the tc count and hopefully the customs issue.

However upon trying to login again I was given an error (see image below)



I then proceeded to uninstall the game and delete the files. And I downloaded the game from steam and installed it. However I'm left with the same error and problem.

I also tried to download some people's customs again but to no avail, it had downloaded nothing at all for their items.


What could I do to resolve this issue?
