/bets command improvements.
Few simple additions;
/bets should display in order of the player.
SkypePro placed a 100 bet on Player1.
watermagic placed a 2877 bet on Player1.
billy placed a 3333 bet on Player2.
Instead of displaying them in order of when they were placed, it should be organized by the player.
/bets should display the total bets on each player in chat.
If Player1 has 3 bets; 300, 700, and 400, it should somewhere say "1400 Total Bets on Player1" in chat somewhere when I type /bets, in some way.

Let us do /bet with capitalized letters
The amount of times i've done /Bet or /BET and have the bet not place is triggering me, plz fix.
