curb stomp: that was a nice spar, i like the way you executed that setup at 345 - 310, it was too short to give some good cnc imo, but i couldn't see any mistakes, keep the gj.

i loved the spin kick you did but the flip was kinda meh and the kip up was pretty cool too keep it up

sorry for the major inactivity just been very very sick this last week so if you guys dont see me for a little while then im very sorry

well here is an update since my last post im feeling a fuck ton better today and it turns out i had some weird ass abrasion in my throat that actually rubbed my throat raw when i would speak so yea anyway im felling back up to par and ready to spar again!

hmm anyone still alive in this place .. thinking of shutting down we have got way to inactive

Ahhhhhh I finally found this thread again, maybe we can get more active and spar together again.
Edit: Calum, that spar was kinda akward, it looked good at first, then the head hits, there were too many of them, the spin/kick looked kinda weird, it was too stiff imo.
