If for the sake of argument you supposed there was a god
why would his goal be to create a decent and fair world
what if for instance his goal was to create a world which entertained him to watch
a decent and fair world wouldn't be any fun for him
conflict is what makes a story, movie, and life interesting.
so it is unfair to say that if a god exists he is failing because we don't even know his goals

(playing some devils advocate here not necessarily speaking my opinions just showing you that this is a more complex subject than it appears.)

I'm attacking the typical religious views on Gods.
