i've noticed no actual danger when on my iphone 4, it's not jailbroken or anything but it seems fine to me.

on a different note how do you think this is going to go over? the US (organizer's of the DMCA) is going to take a lot of flak from various communities because of this. you think they are going to make an exception, or stand strong

the dmca was amended in 1989 so what im hoping is the big wigs are willing to change their perspective.
