Your first idea is good in my opinion, as for the second one, well ya, as snake just said being mainstream is not an option for this organization because of this:

And I'm kind of agree, I mean being an 'easy to enter' without any principles is just not like us. We've been doing what I think is best for us, like being picky and stuffs. As we know most of our members are ya, we could rate their skill with an 8 or even 10. And I also don't really like that new way to enter the council members, it's kind of not aikido related but ye, it could be, but not really.

I think we should wait.

To be clear I didn't exactly say anything about changing membership requirements I just was saying how we should take advantage of the influx of new players.

Ah ya, that is possible Footl-- Aquita what the hek.

Ya, it is good to increase the interest of new players towards Aikido even if it's not going to be that easy but yea, atleast we tried. But I think it would looks some kind of convincing enough if we show 'em more the fun of aikido specially in some kind of cinematic shit and visual stuffs, where is our YOUTUBE again?!

That's a good idea but i don't have any experience with video or replay making. I think monkey or someone was going to make a TA video a while back but it was never finished.

the game play will totally change guys so "veteran" will have to learn too but ofc they will learn faster than new players
That is also why we have to wait, imo.

maybe we could do something about how to put moves together. maybe some bjj scout style breakdowns of matches perhaps use an emote in the replay file to help illustrate whats going through the minds of the players?
we could lift the replays from the replay thread that feature 2 TA members or people we can get in contact with to give their thoughts.
perhaps start a separate thread for combos of techniques used.
also 2v2 was mentioned if there is an aikido like 2v2 will we expand to include it? how close to aikido would it have to be? or does the 2v2 invalidate it.
are we going to make an offical Team Aikido Mod in the new one? we have multiplayer moding available to us hopefully.
how would you define an aikido game if there are different game rules available to us?
what if breakable grips finally becomes a thing?
or maybe its better to ask how much variance on aikido will we tolerate and still call it an aikido mod?
I believe a new Toribash would require a new TA due to the different engine. They can attempt to make all the technicalities similar but chances are they wont. The principal of TA is to tutor, so.. Yeah. New TA, right?

Think factually. It will be different and we will have to adapt. Your questions are smart.

No matter what changes come about, the game is still toribash essentially. I don't think we'll have much trouble transistioning.
