Fuckin' wonderful. Okay so I finally got my school laptop. Unfortunately, installing things from the internet is blocked. Do you think downloading it on a flash drive and then saving it onto here will work?

Okay so I have it downloaded. But it cant open it because it's blocked because of a group file or something like that. It says to please contact the system administrator for help...FUCK THAT. Is there any way around this? I have Windows 7.
