1. You can't see it because you're not part of council
2. Nice spelling. I'm sure there's other things the council is trying to figure out before accepting any at this time. Yes, some have applied, but there will more than likely be a mass judging for that when the time comes.
3. Get the TC on your own. Either it be buying, making/selling art, or winning tournaments. No ones going to just give you their TC.
By the way, I apologize for being away from TA for so long. Just kind of lost touch, went through a tunnel and got lost, the usual. I'll be around more often now.
