As the face of fish i belive this applies to you fish, If you say a straight out no you come across as a dick, you took the bribe so to speak. Then again he gave me 100k as a gift but I dont really call the shots around here. I also know you didnt knowingly say static force for ally but it is obviously what he has come up with.
