The lack of shading makes the fish look very flat and boring to look at, Major perspective problems and horrible line misses (try to clean the lines). Fishies does not have their cock there it's actually a bit further towards the middle. And the speech bubble is of the worst kind. You could put down a crap lot more effort in making the font look better, sure it's handwritten but it's of the worst kind. There isn't an background either, it's very important that you keep away from leaving any spot white and unpainted.
