Do you offer usertitle images, GIF allowed or not, if so how much?

Would you also allow different ToriPrime or VIP benefits seperately (example larger avvy, animated avvy, custom usertitle, symbol infront of name, image signature, larger character count for signature, etc.) and if so how much?
