My parents force me to sleep on 1:00 pm everyday and I wake up at either 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm

Then I sleep at either 8:00 pm or 1:00 am (yes am as in after midnight)

So I wake up at 5:00-5:30 am

I go to sleep late af cus everytime I don't have anything to do all I do is literally sleep until someone wakes me up

Please dobt listen to school science kid. Sleeping tablets are last resort, even in medical shock centers they avoid use even over just a consecutive week. I didnt read the other comments, just try re regulate your cycle slowly if its out of whack
