I think thats fine. the elite title is given to the best member in a mod. If a member is the best in two mods then it would be inaccurate if they didnt get the title for both mods.

I will keep a record of who the elites are and who wants to challenge them in the first post, right here in this thread. The elites will check this for any challengers on a regular basis.

Ofcourse you have to pay. Otherwise there is no benefit for being an elite, and there is no benefit to the clan. Also if you didn't have to pay anyone could challange them without loss. The challenger has nothing to loose but the elite could loose his title.

No replays, because replays can be made in single player. Challenges must involve atleast 3 people the elite, the challenger and a witness.
