@bercat: there job is voting on apps and new rules. Things like allies leave that to the leaders. In same cases you might see a leader turn to the Council.
@twist : yeah to pro.

@Satan: I want to learn more about them before accepting them as allies.

Well they did respond to my notice on their DSC, and they welcome any of us to get to know them on the forums and in-game.
