Farming ruins the game by tipping the scales of the economy and robbing the creators. Scamming can be disguised very cunningly with something as simple as a picture linking to forcing you to buy a product from someone (0megear is the example in that). Spamming shouldn't be an instant permanent ban I don't think so, however if they're just going to abuse the mods generosity of a 2 days ban and repeat their offense then what the fuck is the point in letting them stay? Toribash is a privilege not a right.

Being the trusting soul that I am I have been scammed once.

That member was banned, I think. But there are creative and available methods to bypass most ban techniques.

Frankly I dun't care in any capacity. I am not voting and I have no opinion. Frankly its just not up to me to decide IMHO.

That is an awesome idea in my opinion. People get obvious chances and they can't argue against it in any way shape or form. I think it should be more like mod chosen point loss though. Because each infraction can differ from an identically named infraction. Example: accidental farming vs 1 sec response 500 frame turn instaexplody.tbm or "he didn't give me promised blah blah" vs "HE JUST HAXORED TEH PHP LINX LULZ" for scamming. etc etc It's all debatable in the end. I just hope it gets situated soon.
